We were able to get a reservation on the same day as our anniversary That was good! Wine, bread with oil dip, and the apple cranberry pecan salad was delicious. The well done steak was still red inside and they burned the eggplant and tomato side dish. We could've sent it back but the waitress took a bit to see howwe were doing. My salmon Florentine was was good but the sauce that was around it was extremely salty. If you have high blood pressure . . . beware! This was our first and last time there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve eaten at a lot of places around Winston-Salem, and Fratellis is always one I keep coming back to. You can tell it’s family-owned because everyone treats you like they actually appreciate you being there. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and never makes you feel rushed. Chef Spencer and the kitchen know what they’re doing. My steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it, the Italian food is always on point, and you can taste the care that goes into every meal. And whatever you do, save room for one of the homemade desserts—they’re worth it. If you’re just looking to relax, grab a seat at the bar. It’s a great spot for a drink, good conversation, and a laid-back meal. Fratellis is one of those local places Winston-Salem is lucky to have.

VIsited Fratelli's with my family to celebrate Father's Day, and we had such a great night. The service was incredible. Our table was very well taken care of by Brandon and Charlea, who were both very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! We especially loved the Rigatoni alla vodka and the NY strip. Cannot stop talking about the Fratelli's salad, which is always so good. We look forward to coming back again asap.

We have been here quite a bit! Its always been amazing, but tonight we went to check out the new makeover!! Top Notch!! The new raw bar is a perfect addition!!! We had oysters, flash fried lobster and finished it off with the special grouper!! Sit at the bar, its a must, ask for Erika or Lindsay!!!

Came to Fratellis with my Wife for our 23rd Anniversary today 6/1/26 . The food was AMAZING as always. We got the 40oz Tomahawk steak for 2 salad, calamari and fried lobster tail as appetizers then cheesecake BY ALEX and crispy Kreme doughnut/whiskey pudding. All food was cooked to perfection and Phenomenal so was the service by dual waitresses Michelle and Jordan. Yes its a bit pricey get over it!!! everything is amazing and worth every penny spent. If you want the best food ,service ,atmosphere bar none Fratellis is a MUST PERIOD. THANK YALL keep up the amazing service and food.
